(++) Add $50.00 to rates September 11, and 12.

These rates are for advanced reservations with a secured deposit of one night's

rental. Please call for suite rates. Management may charge additional fee per day for any unreserved room. The Forum has a 21 year old policy for reservations.

Advanced reservations over holiday weekends and during July and August must be for a minimum of three nights. If a less number of nights are available, management may add additional charges per night.

A deposit of one day's rental is required to confirm reservations. Should your plans change, kindly notify us 7 days prior to arrival date and your deposit will be refunded (less $10.00 service charge). Balance due upon arrival (Traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or cash). Credit cards are not accepted for room deposits over the phone, however you can use them on our online reservation system. If making your reservation over the phone, please send a personal check or money order as soon as possible. Credit cards accepted in person from named card holders.

The Forum has a limited number of rooms; therefore, in July and August we can only guarantee a specific rooms for a stay of at least five nights. For shorter stays, however, every effort will be made to reserve the accommodations of your first choice or a similar one.

Sorry No Pets-Kennels nearby. No cooking permitted in rooms. One parking spot per unit. Extra car or trailer, at manager's discretion, is $10.00 per day. All cars must be registered with the front desk at check-in, or risk being towed at owner's expense.

All rooms equipped with refrigerators at no extra charge. Remote controlled color TVs, telephones with voice mail, two double beds, cots available upon request. Cribs available for a modest fee. Elevator service, 2 pools, coffee shop, game room, shower and changing facilities available before check-in and after check-out. All reservations are subject to confirmation. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time in 12:00 noon. Late check-outs are not permitted under any circumstances.
